Outside Land of Rajaram Talav

Dear Sir,

 

We are having 29 acres land out side of RAJARAM TALAV KOLHAPUR. It is acquired by Government of

Maharashtra without paying any compensation & acquisition procedure. In 1965 Kolhpaur court decision

was in our favour. But in High Court decision is against ours mentioning time limit in filing suit against government.  Now the land is open & not used by governement.

 

We want to transfer our rights to party who will clear land from government authorities. We are

haiving sufficient documents with us.
